As you can see from the stone arch over the entrance from the courtyard, the second of our holiday rentals used to be a coach house. Now it features a very modern duplex apartment in ‘artist loft’ style. The apartment’s main feature is it’s oversize window from the downstairs up past the mezzanine floor which offers fabulous views over Dunmanus Bay and the Sheeps Head Peninsula.
There is a mix of artwork from a painting by South African artist Maggie Harris to a sculpture made by a local child. There is a mix of modern and contemporary furnishings, and a wood fired stove adds a cosy touch. Self-catering guests can use the compact but well appointed kitchen. There is a patio outside with table and chairs for warmer evenings.
Sleeps 2.
